Our courses and workshops focus on the skills and tools teachers and educators can use when what works for every other child... doesn't work. Using a brain-based co-regulation model to guide cooperation in the classroom empowers educators to build relationships that get ahead of conflict. We rely on restorative tools to gently reinforce positive behavior and support children to cooperate. Once the child can stay regulated in the relationship with supportive educators, the child can learn. Guiding Cooperation supports educators on building classroom cultures where cooperation and learning can thrive, even for the trickiest students!
